Create Table

Table Name:		Used as pronoun for records, so it should not include the word "table". (Like "FKTable" of "New FKTable" above.)
Record Prefix:		Optional, but usually three letter or shorter. It help avoid confusion between the different tables, and allows featurekong to create better links within comments.
URL:		Just the relative path to FeatureKong's root. No trailing slash. (Like the /fktable/ of the URL of this page.)
Table SQL:		Just the table name, but can include database prefix.
Track Changes:		Should I create a _change table?
Keep Comments:		Should I create a _comment table?
Advertise:		Should this table be listed in the masthead and elsewhere?
Sort:		Ordering in the header and elsewhere.
